WINTER CONDITIONS AFFECTING CHANNEL TWO
High Frequency, Radio, Travel, VKS-737 Radio Network, VKS-737 Subscribers

Now that we’re in the middle of the year and getting deep into Winter, particularly in the Southern states, you might find as you travel around that Channel TWO disappears after dark, depending on where you are.
Remember that although Channel TWO can disappear over some paths one the sun goes down. If that happens to you and you’re say, a few hundred kilometres from the base, listen on Channel ONE. You might be pleasantly surprised.
AND, don’t forget that our operators are listening for you every day of the year. Give them a call.
